Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Spider Solitaire • No Ads app (“the App”) you agree to these terms.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms under which you installed it.

In-app purchases

The App is free to download and play. It offers one optional in-app purchase, Unlimited Play, a one-time unlock that removes the App’s coin cost for new deals and hints. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple, under the Apple Media Services Terms; it applies on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to your Apple Account, Family Sharing included, and is not a subscription.

Your content

The App does not collect or store any content you create outside your own device. Game progress, statistics and settings are stored locally on your device; the App’s developer never receives or stores them. If you use Game Center, what the App reports to it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent applicable law permits
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the in-app-purchase mechanisms

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the new version at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App’s developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
