Terms of Service
By downloading or using the Lamplight Solitaire app (“the App”) you agree to these terms.
License
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms under which you installed it.
Purchases
The App is free to download. New deals and hints are paid for with coins the App grants on your device; undo, the daily challenges, and every deck, card back and felt are free to everyone. The App offers one optional in-app purchase, Unlimited Play, a one-time non-consumable that makes new deals and hints unlimited on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to your Apple Account, Family Sharing included. There are no subscriptions. Coins have no cash value, cannot be bought, transferred or refunded, and exist only inside the App. The purchase transaction itself is handled entirely by Apple, under the Apple Media Services Terms, and refunds are Apple’s to grant.
Your content
The App does not collect or store any content you create outside your own device. Game progress, statistics and settings are stored locally on your device; the App’s developer never receives or stores them. If you use Game Center, what the App reports to it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent applicable law permits
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others
Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced inside the App on the next launch after the change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App’s developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
