Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Euchre: No Ads app (“the App”) you agree to these terms.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms under which you installed it.

In-app purchases

The App is free to download. A single optional Euchre VIP in-app purchase removes the per-game coin cost forever, makes the coin-priced extras free, and unlocks every card back and table felt. There are no subscriptions, no coin packs, and no other recurring charges.

Coins are an in-app item with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, or transferred between devices or people, and they carry no value outside the App.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Purchases are restorable on any device signed in with the same Apple ID; tap “Restore Purchases” inside the App.

Your content

The App does not let you create accounts, post content, or share data with other users. Your game progress and settings are saved locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent applicable law permits
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the in-app-purchase mechanisms

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
