Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Pyramid Solitaire: No Ads app (“the App”) handles information. The App is built so that the developer never receives any information about you.

Summary

  • The App collects no personal information, and the developer has no server to send it to.
  • The App contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking of any kind.
  • Your game, statistics, goals and settings stay on your device. The only service the App talks to is Apple’s Game Center, and only if you’re signed in to it.
  • The App sells nothing.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share:

  • Your name, email, or any account credentials (the App has no accounts and never asks you to sign in)
  • Usage analytics or telemetry
  • Crash reports or diagnostics beyond Apple’s own system reporting, which you control in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) — the App does not request app-tracking permission
  • Your location, contacts, photos, or any other data on your device

What the App stores on your device

The game in progress, your statistics (games played and won, streaks, best times) and deal history, your daily goals, level and day streak, and your settings (card deck, table colour, sound, haptics, passes through the stock) are kept on your device, in the App’s own storage. Deleting the App deletes them.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the App reports your achievements and your number of games won to it, for its leaderboard. Game Center is Apple’s service and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The App never asks you to sign in to Game Center; if you aren’t signed in, nothing is reported.

Third-party services

The App does not include any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms. The only external system it talks to is Apple’s Game Center, if you use it. It does not use iCloud or in-app purchases; if a later version does, this policy will say so before that version is released.

Children

The App is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date above.
